First thing in the gate, we check on the pool, which will include the water level, circulation and observing for any change. Same with the equipment, check to make sure it is running smoothly with no new issues.

Quick fixes are done on the spot to increase the longevity of your equipment. Small leaks that can be patched simply. As a weekly service customer you will get many discounts for service calls, if needed, normally only if parts are needed, or extensive labor.

Sand filters are backwashed weekly and observed that it is running normally, D.E. Filters are Backwashed Bi-weekly and reloaded. Cartridge filters are rinsed off monthly. More extensive Cartridge and D.E. Grids Cleanings offered for winter or for back up sets.

Every visit we will empty the pump basket, if necessary, skimmer baskets and clean out the pool the cleaner and get it back in and going for you.

Brushing the walls of a pool every week is very important and we will also dip out debris while we are there, please be aware there will be extra charges for excessive debris, we would make sure to take care of our tech who worked so hard.

We use a dropper test kit to get the most accurate chemical measurement in the field as well as my personal chemical adjustment chart made from 20 years experience of working with pool chemicals.
